Care Guide
Raw hair behaves like your own, treat it that way and a set will last one to two years.

Wash gently
Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo every 7-10 days in lukewarm water. Work downward from weft to tip, never scrub in circles.

Condition deeply
Follow every wash with a moisturising conditioner. Once a month, treat with a hydrating mask left on for 20 minutes.

Dry and detangle
Pat dry with a microfibre towel, then detangle with a wide-tooth comb from the ends up. Air-dry when you can.

Heat with care
Always use a heat protectant below 180C. Raw hair holds a style beautifully, so you rarely need high heat.
Do
- Store on a stand or in the original satin bag
- Sleep in a silk bonnet or on a silk pillowcase
- Use leave-in oil on the mid-lengths and ends
Don't
- Skip heat protectant or exceed 180C
- Brush aggressively when the hair is wet
- Use products with sulfates, alcohol or heavy silicones
