We want your Velári hair to reach you quickly and safely.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on
weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery. Standard delivery is typically 2-5 business days once dispatched.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination (we ship across Canada and the United States). Delivery times are estimates
and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by the carrier and your location.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Tracking updates usually appear within an hour of dispatch.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are
not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your order has not arrived within the estimated

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
charged by their country.
