Refund policy

Because hair extensions are an intimate, hygienic product, returns are limited for
health and safety reasons. Please read carefully before ordering.

What can be returned. Unopened, unused hair in its original, sealed packaging
with all tags attached may be returned within **30 days** of delivery for a refund
or exchange.

What cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on hair
that has been opened, worn, washed, brushed, coloured, cut, or otherwise altered.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or you received the
wrong item, contact us at `velarihairco@gmail.com` within 7 days of delivery with your
order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

How to start a return. Email `velarihairco@gmail.com` with your order number and
reason. We will send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's
responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are
issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping
charges are non-refundable.
